Learn about the newly implemented moratorium that The Town of Blue River has placed on short-term rental licenses. According to the Town of Blue River, no new short-term rental (STR) licenses will be issued through December 31, 2026, unless the moratorium is lifted earlier. During this time, Town officials will review and potentially revise Blue River's short-term rental regulations and enforcement procedures.
