We recently worked with Anna and Brady on the purchase of our vacation home in Breckenridge. We are out of state buyers. I originally found Anna as I was looking for a real estate agent experienced in short term rental regulations in the area. We already had a property we found when we reached out, but it quickly went under contract. Anna responded swiftly by sharing another property that had gone on the market that day, and a second that was still off market. One of the two really caught our eye. Anna and Brady visited the property and took detailed videos of everything. Anna and Brady were there with us every step of the way after. They showed both properties to my husband who flew out to see them in person. He knew the one we both liked was exactly right for us. Anna and Brady helped us navigate the right offer, as the property was getting a lot of attention. After our offer was accepted, Anna and Brady continued to impress us through the contract period.
