Ring in 2027 with a classic mountain-town New Year’s Eve celebration in Breckenridge on December 31. The evening begins with the family-friendly Glow Worm Parade on Peak 9 at 5:00 p.m., followed by the annual Torchlight Parade at 6:00 p.m., when Breckenridge Ski & Snowboard School instructors descend more than 1,000 vertical feet carrying glowing red torches. The celebration culminates around 9:30 p.m. with a 15-minute fireworks show launched from the base of Peak 9, visible from locations throughout town including Blue River Plaza, Main Street Station and the bases of Peaks 7, 8 and 9. Visitors can round out the night with special dining, live music, après-ski gatherings and nightlife throughout Breckenridge.
