Summit County Colorado May 2025 Residential Market Stats
As we head into the heart of the summer selling season, the Summit County real estate market is showing signs of renewed activity. The big news is the increase in inventory. With 710 active listings year-to-date, inventory is up 38% compared to this time last year. This is the highest level we’ve seen since 2019 and offers buyers more options than they’ve had in recent memory.
May was a particularly active month. Sales were up 19% compared to May 2024, and those transactions pushed year-to-date closings to 467, a 5% increase. While the average sold price for May saw a 4% dip compared to last year, the year-to-date average sales price is still up 4%, now sitting at $1,475,607.
