Summit County Single-Family Real Estate Market Update: August 2026
Summit County’s single-family market showed renewed momentum in August, with closed sales up 12% from July and 14.3% year-over-year. Homes also sold much faster, averaging just 35 days on the market, while inventory remained nearly 10% below last year.
For sellers, the combination of lower inventory, stronger sales activity and shorter marketing times is an encouraging sign heading into fall.
