The Town of Dillon, Colorado requires a short-term rental license but does not restrict the number of licenses issued.

  • Licenses expire annually on May 31, with renewals submitted through MuniRevs.

  • ✅ Annual STR license fee is $700 (flat fee). Parking permit fees have been eliminated.
